I go by this on my way to work and can confirm no signs of life since the development permit sign was put up. (I guess the weeds were trimmed once.)

This is the 51st Ave project around 119 St. Lots of earth being dug up. Malmo, with this and Michener Park is going to have a lot more people living there.

Quick question for everyone. How does one obtain access to be able to add/edit projects on SRC? I see that there are so many that have incomplete/inaccurate information and so many that are completely missing. I would love to stay on top of this for everyone and make sure things are more up to date. Thank you!

Apartment on SE corner of 106th St and 81st Ave has been demolished. It was very fire damaged.

Saw that as well, I wonder if it will get re-built through insurance or just turn into an empty lot?

Also wonder if the same with happen to the lowrise on 109 and 81st that lit up while ARH was reno'ing it. Been boarded up with no movement for over a year now I think
