Does anyone know what is going on in the former Impark lot across from the Hys Centre on 101 st? I can't find any info, hopefully more than just paving the parking lot.

I drive by there every morning. They had for sale and sold signs up there for months. I believe the signs said DC2 on them but I could be wrong.
Not sure what's going there as there were never renderings posted on the site.

Nuestra, the new coffee shop on 112 ave has an opening date! Nov 13. I am beyond excited to have something new in the area!

I was wondering what was happening at that building. Perfect place for a café imo! I'll have to drop by once they're open.
I hope they make themselves nice and visible from Borden Park and 112, they'll be able to pick up lots of drop in business.

This site on 91 St and 82 Ave is finally for sale. Would love to see a great corner mixed use building.

I was waiting for a bus at the east transit centre, and it took me a second to notice these buildings. Last time I was at Clareview, which would have been a few months ago now, no framing had started. They're sure going up quickly!I found this sales post from Avison Young. Very much looks like its been chopped up into separate developments. Likely generic 4-6 story ones as everything else in that area is.
High Pointe at Clareview
The sites are situated along Manning Drive and 144 Avenue, adjacent to the Clareview LRT station. The neighbourhood features a mixture of retail and commercial uses. There are numerous amenities in the area including the Clareview Recreation Centre, Clareview Town Centre, Manning Town Centre...www.avisonyoung.ca
There's also an application going to Council to re-zone one of these plots from medium residential (height of 23 metres) to mixed-use (height of 45 metres. It'd be great to see, though I wish that it was closer to the LRT station.
