I'm not sure either, but it looks nice. Also the colour and size fits in well with the building next to it.

Isn’t this MASSIVE shopping Centre already built with a Co-op as an anchor?
This one is across the street on the east side of 66 st.. Nothing exciting though—typical suburban shopping centre with too much parking and chain restaurants.
