Yeah it's a bad location. Glad Dub is the architect though. The building should be nice for what it is.

Driving east along Kingsway toward 101st, I noticed that the entire block on the east side of 101st just north of the Kingsway intersection has been cleared down to the wood. Any info on what's going on there?

One of my favourite buildings in our fair city. A former colleague used to have a place in there and would host some awesome parties and while it definitely needs some love, I certainly hope that ARH has a light touch and hires the proper architect and consultants on this one.
We simply cannot mishandle one of the few character buildings left in this city.
