Church in King Edward that is now row houses.
This is so cool! I wonder what the church space is being used for here, is it part of the units?

I think it's community space, also used by the church. This is a fantastic reimagining of an underused space and a super creative way for a congregation with shrinking attendance to do something useful for their community while maintaining a space to worship and gather. There is an article about this project out there somewhere. I'll post it if I can find it. We need 100 more of these projects.
huh? Those colors are no longer made
Here's some pics with better lightingUpdate on the Affordable Storage building; it's a little hard to spot in the dark, but they're putting glass in that gap that's bordered by the red.

It was rezoned last February. It's now RL h65.0, so expect a 9-20 storey tower here. I'm guessing Leston owns it. I'm hoping Regency does not. This is east side of 116st and south of 104ave. Was there a project here? I faintly remember…
Or is this just a lay down for the Leston project or LRT? View attachment 626625
