There was Badass Jacks which at one time was expanding quite quickly. I think it's down to one location now, and they don't seem to have a website.
It seems to be the fate of so many long established retailers, somehow they get sucked into selling to much high end high margin products, but realize too late that most of their customers don't want or can't afford that.Sorry to see it go, I liked the store. Its just that it got into much higher end products. Loved when it was Campers village.
Another one I liked. I think the only location is just of 170st.There was Badass Jacks which at one time was expanding quite quickly. I think it's down to one location now, and they don't seem to have a website.

I thought it was 9 lanes before the bridge under CN rail.^north of 118ave 97 st is a 7 lane behemoth of a stroad. who would opt to live right beside it? I think between 118 and the yellow head should be retail and services with people living a block away from all the traffic. of course it isn't up to me.
There's a service road that separates 97 st from the buildings on that side of the road, so its not as close as it seems. There also appears to be 2 CRUs on the main floor in that rendering.^north of 118ave 97 st is a 7 lane behemoth of a stroad. who would opt to live right beside it?
