The Koermann Block, still up for sale (I think contingent on being made a Municipal Historic Resource?). I know there's no momentum in this area, but I hope it finds someone willing to invest in it soon.

The Koermann Block in Edmonton was a significant building in the city's history, most famously known as the site of the Ukrainian Bookstore. It was built in 1911 by Gustav Koermann and featured commercial space and residences. The building was later the home of the Ukrainian Bookstore until it relocated in 1925. The Koermann Block has been preserved and incorporated into the design of the Artists' Quarters project, and a recreation of the Ukrainian Bookstore can be found at Fort Edmonton Park.

St Albert Place Life cycle upgrades. Pretty extensive remedial work along with asbestos abatement. All of the brick work supports are being replaced along with lighting and mechanical systems. They cannot physically change the look of the building.

14 new schools to be announced for the Edmonton area. Planning not building. But if they go out all together there will be a lot of small players in this. so some that shouldn't be going after them will.

But which bundle is this? The province is very good at "Bundling multiple" schools into various bundles - changing the schools as they see fit......whatever bundle it is - this is the one with $125M Glennriddding Jr/Sr high....gotta be the most expensive high school to be built in this province....

Anyone know exactly what's going on at the old attached building south of St. Joseph's Basilica? The development permit says "To construct a Religious Assembly building and exterior alterations (clergy residence with outdoor patio, St. Joseph's Basilica)." Is the 'clergy residence' just a conversion of the existing building?

EDIT: Looking back at old posts, it seems like the answer is no, with the claim being that the existing rectory is not structurally sound to live in. Does anyone have confirmation about whether or not it'll be preserved?
