Did ARH buy them? This is their MO 100% — fresh black/grey/white exterior paint (esp on brick) and then a black chainlink fence.

These both look nice! The first one is clearly trying to fill a luxury niche, but I'm surprised by the second one.

What a beautiful building. Interesting in the floor plans, there is no ramp down to the parkade, but 2 vehicle lifts. Expect these to cost a VERY pretty penny (obvious from the renders, of course)
