This is apparently it. Doesn't appear to be much to look at, but it's a bunch of people in an empty lot near transit, so there's that!Has anybody heard anything about this project?
The whole block besides the A&W is under this application. It would be transformational on this site, but I hope it's decent.

Highway 16 interchange?Hard to tell if it's a new announcement or just an announcement to highlight a previous announcement? Given its location I wonder if it is related to the under construction recreation center.

It must be a lab because their donor centre recently relocated from the U of A to Whitemud Crossing and is now operational.Canadian Blood Services to move into a space at 5814 51 Ave NW (just down the road from the new Valley Line LRT OMFs). Does anyone know if this is instead of moving to Whitemud Crossing?
