I'm not that impressed. This looks like two different buildings crudely smushed together.Not Edmonton (Killarney in Calgary), but I'm a fan of the rendered townhome design from FARMOR. Beautiful street-facing facade.

What's wrong with the original coloring? I can't say I'm thrilled about the replacement with gray. It makes me wonder if I live in the world of The Giver.Am I the only one who is 100% okay with that first photo? The original colouring is hideous.
They could've at least gone with black....Yes, the green colour which was fashionable at the time, but not now, seemed to blend in much better with the brick colour.
I think we can get used to white, but it stands out more and is the colour of a lot of modern windows so it doesn't seem as historic.
No, they are not moving. The permit was just incorrect. I confirmed it.Drove by today, there already is retail here - Mother Earth Essentials which is open. It will move into the east building based on the permit.
That space once housed a restaurant. The mechanical is above and below. T h are is a mechanical chase in there for the ventilation on the lower floors. But lots of room for retail.^ that's a mechanical room. no room for retail there.
