It will be interesting to see what gets developed on this sizeable piece of land close to the Valley Line.
 
Looks like the beginnings of a new apartment building behind the Goodyear Tire HQ on the east side the Deuce south of Ellerslie? If it is, it was just posted for sale like 2 months ago…..

I can't picture where this is. Do you have an approximate address?
 
Now I see it better - directly behind the Harley Davidson dealership just south of Ellerslie.....

What a great walkable neighbourhood for medium density housing...
 
I live in this area. What a nightmare this is going to be.

There's a lot of trails around there so it is "walkable" in a sense...but not a lot of restaurants or shops there currently. That'll change as there is commercial coming in.

Rather it all be commercial and not residential there. Poor use of land.

If only there was a way to integrate medium-density residential and commercial spaces. Some type of building that could mix uses.

A shame no such type exists.
