If only there was a way to integrate medium-density residential and commercial spaces. Some type of building that could mix uses.

A shame no such type exists.
No, rather it be commercial.

The area is a nightmare to get out of already. At least with commercial that has set hours the traffic wouldn't, in my mind, be as big of an issue.

This kind of project shouldn't be going here but what the hell do I know?

What a great walkable neighbourhood for medium density housing...

So this used to be the nicest little greenhouse and we used it all the time when we lived in Blackburne, thought they sold it to developers but it appears it's only being used as "overflow for the Lexus dealership across the deuce?

Cars no longer there. I have a feeling the City bought it and will use it, at some point, to reconfigure that intersection coming off of Gateway.

Pure speculation on my part.

Not sure if there is a thread for this one. Looks like demolition is just in the initial stages. Located across the street from the Canadian Manor project in North Glenora.

I'm sure these are due to be demolished. I can only imagine the state some of these apartments are in as these are old, old buildings.

Not the prettiest renders but man, long overdue to be replaced.

At the time of the sale - I'm certain it was from the same developer of the "Ravines" right behind looking for expansion.

From last week. This property is immediately to the south of The Clifton site. I think the sign has been there for quite a while. I wonder if it would ever proceed? Maybe if/when The Clifton sells out?

This sign has been up for so long that I forgot it was ever proposed. Maybe it's stuck in rezoning hell?
