From last week. This property is immediately to the south of The Clifton site. I think the sign has been there for quite a while. I wonder if it would ever proceed? Maybe if/when The Clifton sells out?

Not bad, but the south elevation should ideally have more of visual interest since (as the diagram points out) only part of it will be blocked by Harcourt House.
