^ Excellent! Another plus in terms of historic restoration and an encroachment into the current temporary dead zone that is the Quarters. I am also working with Gene Dub to try to reactivate the former GWG building with a groceteria tenant.
Yes, it will make this prominent corner look and be so much better. With the completion of the nearby Winspear expansion and the return of the Chinatown gate, this area may be due for a renaissance soon.

There is a thread for this one somewhere but I don’t recall. 84 ave and 108 st roughly. Bad photos but it’s east facade is kind of nice.

I'm finding it interesting, The Number of Rec Centres I have been going to lately for RFPs on life cycle upgrades. Not just Edmonton but surrounding area. Edmonton has 3 pools down or going down for upgrades or emergency repairs over the next few months.

The Province is actively looking at an expansion of the Royal Alex. The Emergency Department would be expanded into the Active Treatment Centre. A new Acute Care building would be built on the sites of the existing Community Services Centre and Woman's Centre, likely adding about 30% more space to the overall hospital complex. There is also a Clinical Support Building proposed where the North Parking Lot is located. All of this, plus a new parkade somewhere.
