More housing, A new command building, Transitional building and at least one major support building (I don't know which unit it is for). Its been a few months since I last saw any RFPs though. As for Cold Lake Elis don and Bird are busy up there. Suffield is supposed to get a new Lab building (about700m). And over the next 20 years the Helicopter fleet will be upgraded so with that new program will be new support facilities. (military is going with 4 different helicopters next and will need new building to house them).

By the time they build anything - we'll have come full circle and the UCP will be in power again....lol

Well, after almost 40 years it is past time for new hospital building, don't you think? Too bad the UCP and her predecessor cancelled the new one planned in 2018 and since then she has dithered about moving ahead with it.

So it is really no surprise the state of health care in Edmonton is the mess it currently is. This is totally self inflicted by the UCP.

Amazon has purchased 50 acres at 16404 145 Avenue NW in the second phase of Apex Business Park for a planned new fulfillment centre, in a Q4 2025 deal valued at $39.7 million, or just over $793,000 per acre.
