^ In full Department of National Defense. They will have a lot of work scheduled for the Airport and in support some oversight offices (maybe downtown).
Also have a ton of work at the Garrison and Cold Lake. (new hangars and fighter support facilities.) YEG will be a new transportation and flight support facility for the CC330 Huskies.

What work is planned at the Garrison?

What work is planned at the Garrison?
More housing, A new command building, Transitional building and at least one major support building (I don't know which unit it is for). Its been a few months since I last saw any RFPs though. As for Cold Lake Elis don and Bird are busy up there. Suffield is supposed to get a new Lab building (about700m). And over the next 20 years the Helicopter fleet will be upgraded so with that new program will be new support facilities. (military is going with 4 different helicopters next and will need new building to house them).

Of course they are! Ol Saddlebags Smitty is only "over" reacting to the crisis we have. Who knew that "health care" would be such an important topic to all Albertans, not just those who reside in Red Deer. By the time they build anything - we'll have come full circle and the UCP will be in power again....lol
Well, after almost 40 years it is past time for new hospital building, don't you think? Too bad the UCP and her predecessor cancelled the new one planned in 2018 and since then she has dithered about moving ahead with it.

So it is really no surprise the state of health care in Edmonton is the mess it currently is. This is totally self inflicted by the UCP.
