That is going to cause a few delays to the office today.
Well, I don't know how the JP one started, but I doubt I'm going too much out on a limb to suspect that the two people taken to hospital had lit a fire inside and it got out of control.First it was the Jasper Place Hotel, and now it's the Iginla Law building. Am I sensing a trend developing?
Have they reopened the roads yet? You saved me an ordeal driving in to work this morning, but I heard they've reduced the east lanes down to a single lane too. Not sure which way to drive home this afternoon.Road still closed, several fire trucks still there, smoke still billowing as of 8:35 AM.

What a mess this was! Had the radio station was I listening to mentioned this before their regular hourly news, I could have taken another route and saved being stuck in traffic.Roads are still closed, I am sad to report. But the fire seems to be out and at this point the fire fighters are just chatting outside the building.
103 St southbound still cannot turn onto Bellamy/97 Ave.
98 Ave in front of our building is actually packed full of vehicles trying to detour.
97 Ave is still half-blocked by the firetrucks.
Will try to report back a bit later as the situation changes.
Stay tuned to ADob Traffic at SRC for the latest!
