Ahh, my neck for the woods.

Don't think that'll be a Canadian Tire...but I have seen no signs as to what it will be.

We're also getting a Wal-Mart at some point in this area too.

This area could be one of the densest in our city beyond Whikwentowin/garneau once finished.

We badly should have got the capital line extension to be 2 more stops to heritage valley.

^I am concerned. This initial tease does not look good.

Also, that stucco wall on the Icon 2 tower is an abomination. Who ever ok'd that should be tarred and feathered and laughed at until the end of time.

Did they know they were building a highrise residential tower in the DT of a major city?! Blinds exist. You can even get blinds, I have them, that give privacy but still allow light to pass through.

Also, yes I’m concerned with how that hotel is looking.

It looks like a weird salmon colour to me.. Though I am colourblind so I can't be trusted
