Been a while since I was on Yonge Street, how is it lit now?

Other than at intersections, there are still large sections of Yonge between the Downtown-Yonge and Bloor-Yorkville BIAs that don’t have street lamps.

Yeah, they're BIA-style "designer streetlights" these days. Full circle back from when streetlights were paired with telephone poles and the like as "urban eyesores" (which motivated the facade-mounted arrangement on post-subway Yonge)

I actually had the chance to be the Condominium Site Administrator for this property. I turned it down and became the manager of a Condominium in High Park.

oddest thing of these is seeing the freight train running through downtown. That basically never happens now.
