Great photos, it's architectural diversity and density is amazing. Downtown Montreal is one of only a handful of truly great urban spaces in North America. Great to see new construction there, especially the new cluster of office and condo buildings going up around the Bell Centre.

Funny you say that. I think the shit is together. Aside from the colder weather and the higher taxes, it's pretty damn good. In fact, we have been checking MLS lately and thinking about a move back. But then, we're retiring.

One thing I notice. I gather from the various degrees of light that these photos were taken at all hours of the day. But NO GRIDLOCK!I suppose it would be a different story on the Metropolitan, the Decarie Expressway etc.
