At the bare minimum, the TTC should have a website with service disruptions that works. As a basic next step, it should have a service that sends out text messages about major disruptions, or better yet one tailored to "favourite routes." For example, you could sign up to receive updates on the Finch East bus and Yonge University Spadina subway.
