This past weekends Toronto Outdoor Art Show was once again an amazing feast for the eyes. But there were fewer booths it seemed due to some of the demolition. This work won't be complete in a year from now so where will the art show Go ??? Dundas Square isn't big enough. Anybody know the answer?

The TOAE is staying at NFS. The word is (from some of the board members) is that the construction is going to be worse next year when they move the peace garden. But the show will be not be moved. City Hall is trying to accommodate the best they can because of the history of the show.

Knocking down one small building is not much of an achievement.

Oh yes it is!! That piece of shit has been embarassing Toronto for 20 years. Is a cinder block bunk all this city could afford in its main square? Right outside city hall? Why build such an ambitious architectural icon and then put that crap right in front of it?

Anyway, it's gone now and if the green roof is an indication of what's to come, we'll have a civic square that we can proud of.
