Pretty tall for the area. Anybody going to complain about the One Bedford effect?

Well, this is nowhere near any sightlines. But that is huge for that area! I suppose the CAMH building on the North Side is of a similar height, but really - 40 stories?

Yes. I hope they consider and study its impact on the area and the street views.
I think it's important because the new UofT architecture building is going to be built on 230 College Street.
