2 sites downtown that I have my eye on are The Modern and 1 Bloor.
The Modern is of interest because reportedly they are coming in at like $280 per square foot which is unheard of these days downtown. Also it is in an up and coming area (Richmond and Sherbourne). Gotta have some vision here to understand what this neighbourhood will be like in 3-5 years.
1 Bloor is of course 1 Bloor. The location speaks for itself. Units here are reportedly coming in at a pricey $700 per square foot though so you gotta ask yourself, are they over priced?
Neither of these developments have started selling, FYI.

haven't seen anything about 1BE yet, but based on the price per sqft, they better have damn good finishings or amazing views... You can still get into CASA for about 400- 450 per sqft the last time i checked..
