Looks to have been a major egineering or design miscalculation of this high-rise hotel under construction in New Orleans.

Ocotber 12 - Amateur video captured the building's partial collapse and the ensuing confusion outside of the hotel. Trapped and injured construction workers could be heard crying out for help as rescue teams navigated smoke and dust to locate them.
