The new residential tower is topped out while the reclad tower nears completion (still needs corners.)
The North Tower of the larger office towers is well underway with steel above ground.
The North Tower is rising. Due to the unique design of the base, which places all structural support at the middle and simply drapes a curtain of glass around it, the steel is the primary structure which will flair out at about 50 feet high.
The residential tower and the recladding of the old 5 Manhattan West is nearly complete. The concrete core is rising in the office tower and will soon be above the topmost floor. Further steel work cannot continue until the core is several floors above the steel.
New steel will start rising soon since the core is now well above the steelwork. This one was weird in that they built the complicated steel base first, and then the core.
