Nearby the future Glenwood/Sherwood LRT Stop. Not sure if the new zoning bylaw made this easier, but it looks like it’ll be a decent sized project in a mostly SFH area.

So this is Beljan. Plan here is similar to 150st project in Jasper Park behind the McDonald’s/BonTon.
~100 units. 6 stories. Underground parking.

Im not sure it was the rezoning, but these projects meet the guidlines of the subsequent district growth plans in my area.

What used to be a rundown bungalow at the end of a block will soon be 8 units of housing.
Things are taking off in Hazeldean.
