John Tory would have won the job with the chance of being a great mayor , and, precisely at the time the city needs his kind of character most.

One thing that scares me the most about this election, is that we are seeing a lot of characters and mainly character. Yes, it is early, but the platforms are just too vague and short.

Granted, Millers platform surrounded the idea of not building a bridge, I think this election we need to see a different type of focus, and serious plans.

Rocco has definitely been the most open one so far, and I'll give him credit for that.

One thing I find amusing about this election is how early the game is starting. Compared to average Canadian elections (3-4 weeks average) this mayor's gig is more like the drawn out US Presidential race. Nuts.

I'd go Sarah Thompson for Prez, with Rocco VP

i wonder if there will be any more scandals or bombshells?

Seeing these buttons really cracked me up :D, but I also think whoever made them is a douche. As if things weren't bad enough.. I don't know how Adam is going to get his dignity back.

I'd like to see a "I slept with Joe Pantalone" button. Particularly if it's a 6 foot plus Amazon wearing it

Too me, Rossi sounds like he's the only one that knows how to handle a multi-billion dollar budget.

It could be because he's actually done that sort of planning in the private sector, vs the other two current candidates.

And we really need to wake up and stop blaming amalgamation... it's about a decade now, time to find solutions vs same old blaming game.
