I decided to play around with my new camera a bit tonight and practice working on nightime photography. The pictures were taken without a tripod and the weather was overcast, near full moon, with lots of snow on the ground and wet roads and sidewalks so it was interesting using the camera under this lighting condition. The pictures arent all that great but its a nice diversion from politics. (sorry about the varying sizes....Ill try to fix that later).
A phone booth which is damaged on a monthly basis, currently in service though.
An overexposed shot looking into a used appliance store on Papineau.
What could this person be picking up at the Depanneur? My guess, beer.
Looking eastward on Rue Anne-Marie near DeLorimier.
The subject isnt all that interesting but the colors in the picture turned out quite nice.
The same school as above, only a little fuzzy.
Sometimes screwing up a shot with an unsteady hand can be kind of interesting.
A few shots of various entrances and foyers to apartment buildings.
And some parting shots of pavements.
