I also heard that they were planning to build the worlds lagest carving of his greatness, Rob Ford. Of course it will be hidden underground because His Greatness deemed that building it above ground would be a waste of taxpayers money.

The carving of his greatness, Rob Ford, will be spinning around on a ferris wheel? That sounds like fun. But it will make it a little difficult to kiss His Greatness' feet if its spinning all the time.
Obviously the ferris wheel will be underground, right?

I have some more updates.
The mayor has decided to replace the flagpole with 8 acre park. In the centre of the park there will be a 200 ft high solid gold statue of His Worship, Rob Ford. Around the statue of His Worship will be several smaller statues of his closest allies including, Dougie Ford and Mamoliti the Great. They are also planning to build a museum dedicated to their victory over the libtards. In the museum, there will be a statue of Karen Stintz depicted as Medusa and several paintings of Mrs. Stintz and Gary Webster begging for mercy at the feet of His Worship. There will also be pro Ford propaganda posters that are similar to the ones that are found in North Korea and the former Solviet Union. Lastly, there will be 12 worship halls scattered around the park where people will complete their mandatory weekly worship of the mayor.
Oops, forgot a few things. 200,000 loudspeakers will be installed around the city that will be playing pro Ford propaganda 24/7. Also, all radio and TV stations who broadcast in Toronto will be required to play 25 minutes of pro Ford propaganda every hour. The mayor will also be monitoring all electronic communications in Toronto. Anyone who dares to speak ill of His Worship will be severely punished.
