It was a joke. There was a Seinfeld episode (Tried to find a clip but can't) where they had a testing mishap involving non-fat yogurt. In the show it won Giuliani the election over Dinkens.

I'm glad to see the numbers being tested are stable, shows no one is taking it for granted that we are "over" it.

Well, the numbers will always have a set minimum, as doctors, government employees and others who require regular testing get their daily swabs.
