I feel like things slowed down a bit after months of nearly 2 floors per week. Understandable with the weather.

After you posted that first shot of the library, I was refreshing the page every few minutes to see if you were going to post an Odenak update. :D
It is moving fast but it has been 1 floor per week for this build. It's been 17 weeks since the first level of the 'tower portion'

🤤
We are so used to seeing them stopping at 27-28.
We've come a long way. I remember around 20 years ago, anything over 12 floors was inconceivable. That went up to 27 floors, creeped up to 29. Then the City approved Claridge Icon, but looked at the 40 floor proposal and told them to build 45 instead (after rejecting the 35 floors across the street at SoHo Italia not long before). Over the last 5-10 years, we've been relativly comfortable approving in the 30s, and in some rare cases 40s to 65 (if you're buddies with the Mayor).

I hope the Sens district we see some reach 40.
We have some docs on the LeBreton thread: https://ottawa.skyrisecities.com/forum/threads/neighbourhood-lebreton-flats.40574/

The NCC's master plan calls for four 20 floor towers, two 30 floors and one 40 floor on the Sens land. As we've seen with Odenak, that could go up (was initially penciled in as two 30s).

Cyril Leeder has said that they'll show us something by the end of the year, so hopefully that's the arena and the general concept plan for the land.

30-36fl is the new 27fl from the last decade. Looking forward to seeing that transform to 40's and + in the coming years.

If we see 900 Albert come up sometime this decade... then that skyline of ours is going to look REAL GOOD with that and these two babies!!!
