482 is also known as The Onyx Building. It's a private home, has a rooftop terrace swimming pool, and can be rented out as an "exclusive event venue". Go on, click that link!

Yikes, not a fan of those interiors but to each their own I suppose. For me, they seem sort of soulless. Guess I am getting too old.
 
The owner of the Onyx building was allowed to demolish that clearly historic home that sat there before it...?
