Here's a company that does popup retail in Montreal Metro stations. I've also seen artisans selling handmade trinkets at Metro stations. It seems like quite an evolution from the boring old Gateway newstand. You can do interesting things with spacious subway stations in terms of public realm vitality.

You think by having a new subway stop pass though these developments! They would build at least a couple of skyscrapers on these parcels of land! These towers don't even surpass the 500m mark for a legit starting hieght for skyscrapers these days ! P.S. it would be nice to see icon tall buildings. On the edge of the west end of the downtown area on King and Bathurst.
