Stumpy boxes but I don't mind their designs!
I don't mind them either. For suburbia, it's just fine. 1000x better than whatever the hell is going on at Kanata Centrum.

I totally agree!
Phase V site is partly fenced off, and they are doing something with the dirt they brought over from Phase IV. Hoping this is the start 
They really improved the design on this one, bodes well for the two taller towers! On that note, there are two excavators sitting on the lot for the two taller towers.

Nothing imminent for phases 5 and 6, but the goal is to start excavation in 2026.

Any word on the Catherine street project?
And the Lincoln Fields project?

Hopefully, shoring and excavation will start in the spring or early summer of 2026. I know it seems like it is taking forever, but there is a lot of stuff to figure out. The site is/was very contaminated.
