Agreed. Should be top of mind for OCH, and hopefully with the $170-odd million windfall from the Feds, they'll get going on that sooner than later, though they are certainly not running out of projects (Gladstone Village, Mosaiq, Wateridge, Friel and many others).

I feel like progress has been slow recently.

I noticed they've been adding lots of metal brackets on the front facade and have started framing the curved wood sections on the ground floor, I imagine it won't be long until we start to see the stone and wood elements
 
Someone on SSP saying that they have a mockup wall of stone off Commissioner Street. If anyone's in the area today, could be worth the short detour.

No mock up, just glass installation on the Commissioners side.

I noticed that that the curved glass sections have been segmented out into flat panes, as is tradition in Ottawa.
