Wasn't able to grab a pic, but it looks like the stairwell on the south side of the building is lit with red lights, which creates a red lighting feature of sorts at night that runs the whole height of the building - looks pretty good!

False alarm, just saw it in the day time and it was actually back lit red tarps covering the sections where the construction elevator was

Now we just need a solid proposal for the last remaining lot on 'Parkdale Row', 139 Parkdale, after that silly little 9 story building was cancelled. 40 stories would be great.
