1011 and 1026- Yes these are "old" plates.
1019-BFM RER station is on the line C, it is connected with the line 14.
1021-In the 12th arrondissement, before 1969 the railway Vincennes line run here (Between Bastille railway station and Boissy Saint Leger).
In 1969 the line was transfered to a tunnel via Nation and Gare de Lyon, Chatelet les halles in 1977 it became the RER A.
Bastille station was destoyed to build the big Opera and the part used by the line became a park in the 1980's 1990's.
1025-Vincennes RER A
1029-Still a part of old Vincennes line that became a park in the 12th arrondissement. Don't be fooled by this car used for maintenance, only pedestrian and bike can use it.

#1069-This is an Aqueduct in southern Paris inner suburbs, and yes the car have older plate.
The new plate are six month old at most, so most car have old plate.
