Anybody know how much/year maintenance fees on your average sized, downtown, condo parking spot are?

In many condos parking spots are "common elements, exclusive use" so any costs would be rolled into the general common elements expenses and things like Hydro or "Security" would be virtually impossible to separate out.

About $40-$60/month. I don't know of one new condo that doesn't have a separate fee for parking space owners.

I personally haven't seen that for the few places I've investigated. How common is that?

It seems to be more common for units built this past decade. Those build prior to mid 2000's usually have everything bundled in one condo fee (hydro, heat, water, gas, etc..). Now it's more common to see hydro, heat and maybe water separately.
