I really love our city hall building. IMO, it's one of the most inviting governance spaces in the country.

It is a beautiful and grand space, but it was also built to still encourage and accommodate public use.

Also just taking a photo and rendering it in Gray-scale (as per the street-scene taken at 3:36 on Thursday) does not make it "artful". Seriously, some photography classes would be useful, especially for architectural subject-matter.
