This building is cool. The townhouses behind and part of the development not shown in this pic; not so much - rather generic. They closed off Douglas avenue and Glengarry avenue access to Avenue Road and filled in a rather wild looking ravine for this development. The ravine was crossed by rough asphalt roadways with steep pre-automobile grades- Douglas and Glengarry - no sidewalks; it felt a bit like the country in the city.
 
315 Avenue Road is also known as 'The Oaklands' and was designed by the recently deceased Macy Dubois. His brutalist mid-rise tower at 45 Charles East is currently threatened.

Archivist, do you have a shot of the building on Yonge just opposite Lawrence Park? I think it's quite handsome. Thanks.
