I think there is: Pentax K-7 ... look for "Adjustable dynamic range highlight and shadow correction". Here is an article at iTech News. There is also a discussion about it going on @ flickr. Other brands might already or will soon offer similar feature (read this) ... the newly released Lumix FZ 35 for example. Nikon's version of built-in increased dynamic range is called Active D-Lighting.
