Great looking building. What does it look like inside? Is it a condo or rental and upscale or not?

^ I haven't been inside but this is very high end rental. Similar buildings in the area (the Clarendon) go for $4000 a month for 2 bdrms. There are some large units in here, they currently have a 4 bdrm for rent.
