Anyone have experience with Pinnacle final closing. how early they inform for final closing? 15 days or 90 days. As per APS they will provide at least 15 days written notice of the final closing date. 15 days are too short for final closing as we need to arrange the mortgage and need to lock-in rates etc.

The site has been clean 100% along with the removal of the tower crane since the next 2 phases are under appeal.

You should be able to lock-in a rate now itself and have it valid for 90-120 Days. The rate only needs to be held until you get notice and start the process with your lawyer.

They are still some time away from finishing the 35/Taller building. I believe the top floors (28 - 34) are still being worked on and need appliances.
