I need help identifying what this new structure is meant to be. This is on the grounds of the Toronto Police’s Equestrian centre for their mounted units. Any guesses?

Edit: Now that I look a bit more closely I see the fence so this may be unrelated to the horse centre. Maybe a park pavilion?

The Toronto Police Mounted unit is down near the CNE on Manitoba street. This is near the North Toronto Wastewater Treatment Plant. I'm not sure, but the open cube is perhaps related to the sewage separation project? Nearby construction is (I think) related to the north path of the Don Valley Crossing Bridge for the Ontario line.

Edit to add that there is a shaft for the Coxwell Bypass Tunnel project at this site, so I think that's it

Big tower crane collapsed at Laird & Eglinton yesterday afternoon. Who on the UT Drone Team can go shoot it today before it gets removed. :)
I guess that may be my turf. We’re riding the Waterfront Trail to Frenchman’s Bay this morning. I’ll try to do a flyover after we get back later this afternoon. 😁
