Today\'s dramatic sunrise facing East from Bay and St Joseph

Thinking back to about this time in 2011 when the countdown to the last GM New Look in Toronto began. I started making special trips out to the 6 Bay and 54 Lawrence West in October until December 16.

With a couple of friends' buses and Photoshop, I was able to capture a scene I'm not old enough to have seen.

The bus in the foreground is a former TTC 1981 OBI Orion I. It's currently all white. The bus in the background is the Rapido Trains bus, a former Calgary Transit 1967 GM New Look preserved as a TTC bus.

I recall the Orion on the all too short lived Church Street route. They were quite comfortable.
