2 Court Street, 945-957 Broad Street, 10 Hill Street (3 parts of the same project) to renovate and add to the Hallmark House apartments in Newark, New Jersey.
They will add a single floor to the existing tower for penthouses, a retail podium to the Broad Street side of the building to fill in a long lasting gap in the street facade, and a ground-up 12 story apartment building with ground-floor retail at the corner of Court Street and Broad Street. This site fills a significant gap in the streetscape between Downtown and the up-and-coming Lincoln Park/COAST Cultural District.
