I love the use of black granite and windows. Really sharp looking, especally with the white precast panels.
It's cool that they replicated part of the base/entrance as their sales centre.

maybe they will use expensive materials, but this building lacks cohesion of design and appears quite squat in the renders. Certainly not breaking any new ground.
