Are you talking about the town flats behind the building, on the north side of Greenbelt Dr.? If so, it is rumoured that plans are in the works to demolish those buildings and re-develop the land.

I noticed these also. they are terrible when you see them up close.

Yes, we're talking about the same buildings.
In the meantime, the City should really be placing a work order to have the buildings to the east demolished. They haven't been occupied for at least a year and they are run down. I wouldn't be surprised if local residents have already contacted their local MP regarding this.
The north side of the road, compared to the south side is night and day!
