Cycle Solutions is a quality bicycle shop with a wide range of bikes, not only road and mountain.
And they have a tough time getting through the slow winter months so another bike shop in the area would have a hard time surviving.

I noticed there's a sign up in the empty storefront of One Park Place. Between Shopper's and Wendy's. It has a Fishing Lure and says "The Shop Coming Soon" Anyone have any idea what it is?

Also, the space currently doesn't have an entrance facing Dundas, although I'm sure that can be easily remedied by replacing some of the glass.

2017 REGENT PARK ARTISAN MARKET ON THE MEWS

Sunday, May 14th – Shine or Rain

For the second year running, The Daniels Corporation in partnership with Artscape will hold the Regent Park Artisan Market on the Mews.

This year’s event coincides with Mother’s Day, offering the perfect opportunity for visitors to bring their mothers for an after-brunch treat or a fun afternoon outing.

The growing neighbourhood features 7 new condominiums, a 6-acre community park, Daniels Spectrum cultural hub, a regional Aquatic Centre, Athletic Grounds, a new community centre and numerous shops, restaurants and services.

Looks like the shop that opened up in the One Park Place building between Wendy's and Shopper's is a barber shop. Seems very minimalist, I think it's called 611 but that also might just be the address of the building.

Regent Park Boulevard is getting a Tim Horton's beside the Subway.

Get a McDonald's in there as well and we're set.

Daniels has completely dropped the ball with revitalizing/animating Dundas Street for an unforgivably long stretch - all the way from Parliament to Sumach. The lone nice thing is Paint Box and even then they somehow having its ugly looking kitchen area facing Dundas.

And now we're getting subpar retail on the fake promenade that is Regent Park Blvd while a true main street in Dundas sits just blank.
