Did a tour out to the Badlands yesterday... was amazing. The group was from the Maritimes and they couldn't believe it.

The Badlands are so underrated! I find most tourist go to Banff and Lake Louise, while a much smaller percent go to the badlands.
They are. Even more underrated is the dinosaur provincial park down near Brooks, most locals don't even know about it. Take what you see at Horseshoe Canyon and Drumheller and quadruple it.

Some shots from the hike this weekend, hit Ha Ling Peak in Canmore Saturday morning, the rain clouds rolling in made for some nice shots. Bit the bullet and bought a Canon EOS R and I have to say its been worth it so far! Brought a film camera with me too and shot 3 rolls of film, just waiting for those to develop though

After 19 years of living in Alberta me and some friends finally lugged ourselves out to Moraine Lake for sunrise, and I must say I was absolutely worth it!

Working out in Rosebud for a bit today. Also took the back roads in to Drumheller through Wayne on my way for some gas while working in Dalum. Beautiful scenery out that way. Rosebud photo taken from water treatment building beside the cemetery.

I highly recommend people to take that road (11 bridges road) through Wayne. It's definitely interesting geography.
